Reporting to the Board of Directors (BOD).
Ø Will review and implement the long term business strategic goals and objectives of the bank as directed by the BOD.
Ø Will supervise, organize and manage the execution bank’s shared goals and objectives.
Ø Develop and execute a business strategy aimed at capturing a significant market share in a competitive market.
Ø Responsible for operation activities and consistent performance of the Bank and business practices.
Ø Ensure sound human resources policies and procedures in place for business growth and expansion.
Ø Selection, training and managing of motivated employees to achieve bank objectives.
Ø Develop and maintain relationships with external clients, partners and government authorities, with international regulators, technology vendors, and other financial institutions.
Ø Effective risk management systems for decision making and effective controls are in place and applied.
Ø Ensure that quality services are provided to customers.
Ø Develop annual business and budget plan and deliver the business objectives therein.
Ø Oversee new projects planning and implementation.
Ø Provide effective leadership to the staff teams.
