Head of Human Resources

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources located in Riyadh. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. They will oversee HR management functions and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of labor and employment law
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Strong employee relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience in the Banking and Finance industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
