Key Responsibilities:
Transformation Leadership:
- Develop and execute a holistic people transformation strategy aligned with our bank’s strategic objectives, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Organizational Effectiveness:
- Lead initiatives to elevate organizational effectiveness through cutting-edge design principles. Collaborate with stakeholders to redefine job roles and objectives, enhancing workforce planning and performance management.
Cultural and Behavioral Change:
- Design and implement initiatives to foster a vibrant culture, promote desired behaviors, and enhance employee engagement. Create high-performing teams and drive team effectiveness with innovative solutions.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives. Partner with technology experts and industry leaders to leverage the latest HR technologies and stay ahead of trends.
Employee Listening & Experience:
- Develop a comprehensive employee listening strategy to inform HR product development and enhance overall experiences. Map employee journeys and establish key metrics to drive experience improvements.
HCM System Implementation:
- Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of a new Human Capital Management system, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing user adoption and effectiveness.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. – Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Proven expertise in HR transformation and HCM Systems.
- Deep understanding of organizational behavior and cultural transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10-15 years of HR experience with a focus on employee experience, cultural change, and transformation.
