Job Description

  • Lead discussions with senior business executives to assess proposed requirements, identify change impacts and plan communication and change management activities
  • Operate effectively and manage resources in a multi-delivery project delivery environment (Agile, waterfall etc.) to deliver on change management objectives
  • Lead recruitment activities and internal staffing to secure talent for CBS program and onboard required resources to CBS program
  • Lead the definition of quantifying CBS benefits, track CBS value realization and communicate to stakeholders including leadership teams
  • Design program feedback channels (surveys etc.) to capture critical feedback across business and technology areas and develop initiatives to address feedback
  • Define communication and training roadmaps & key messages to drive case for change and execute communication activities, leveraging multiple channels and tools
  • Design and re-engineer business processes
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to establish vision and define new process flows
  • Understand impacts of CBS program on customers, develop and share CBS related communications with customers, receive & analyze feedback and define action plan


  • Technology and business degree and qualification
  • 8+ years’ experience in banking across business and technical roles with experience as a business analyst liaising between technology and business
  • Strong experience in large transformations at multinational financial orgs.
  • Experienced as a Scrum master, coaching and utilizing collaborative tools (Visio, Jira, Confluence etc.)
  • Deep knowledge and experience in project management, product management and banking domains/areas (treasury, credit management, trade finance etc.)
  • Ability to interact and lead discussions with senior business stakeholders
  • Experience managing and operating in an Agile environment
  • Successfully delivered major programs/transformations in the financial/banking industry
  • Excellent relationship building, conflict resolution & time management skills
