Discrepancies:

Prior to sourcing cases mandatory checks including correct information updated as per system, clear scanned documents available in system for credit review. strict adherence to Central Bank’s requirements & Bank policy while sourcing applications, ensuring no audit point. Ensuring that AECB report is shared to the respective managers in timely manner to avoid further delay. Ensure high accuracy in highlighting credit details and application submission.

Quality of Final Offer Letter Issuance:

All agreements should be discrepancy free and need to be check before handing it over to the sales advisor. All critical areas must be checked including customer name finance amount, tenure, property description, profit rate, etc.

Internal – Compliance:

Ensure all KYC criteria are checked for. Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, minimizing risk factors & excellent audit ratings. 100% vigilant to identify fraudulent activities control on documentationKey skills : Critical thinking, report generation , hands on experience on Microsoft office.
