  Job name :   Relationship Manager  Position:  Relationship Manager  Grade range –   Grade 8 to 11   Reporting to   Unit Head        Age Range : 25 to 30 years  National/Expatriate :  Both     Nationality preference    ALL     Core Qualifications    Bachelor’s Degree      Other Qualifications  (desirable)   Master Degree.  CA/CFA/FRM     Domain Experience    Minimum 5 years of work experience with a UAE based bank under  Wholesale/Corporate/Commercial teams as a Relationship  Manager. (SME RMs can be considered on case to case basis.)   Proven track record on sourcing of new businesses.   Must be a result oriented & self-driven individual.     ARMs / RO s of reputed UAE Based banks can be  considered.   Technical Experience    Well versed with lending products prevailing in the UAE  Market. Thorough knowledge on structuring of credit facilities       Human Resources  Management   Team work skills / mindset.          Projects handled
