Job Title T24 Solution Architect

Job Objectives

(What will be the results, if the job is performed well) – Establish and maintain T24 Appilcation architecture
– Establish and manage T24 Process customization documentation
– Optimize and manage T24 application integration with both, interfacing and downstream applications
– Ensure adherence and implementations of Architectural standards
– Ensure T24 application requirements are being evaluted from security archtectural scope
– Ensure that effective solution and robust system development methods are aligned with business needs
– Safeguard that Architectural information such as T24 application, Technical and data architecture are being kept updated
Customer/Product/Market related activities (Internal / External) (e.g. Satisfaction, Acquisition, Retention, Cross-sell/Share-of-wallet, Relationship, Service, Product/Solutions)
Cooperate with business users, discuss, analyze and manage user expectations aiming to leverage T24 core functionality and avoid extensive customizations
Communicate T24 solution architecture to technical and business audiences.
Process/Technical related activities (e.g. Risk, Controls, Compliance, Audit, Productivity, Quality, Discipline, Change Management, Adaptability, Success Transfer)
Define and maintain T24 application landscape blueprints and roadmaps in conjunction with SMART Program
Act as the custodian for T24 design decisions. Ensure that customizations are kept to minimum and user requirements are aligned or served by core functionality in the best possible way. Ensure that customizations do not have impact on future maintenability (e.g. upgrades) and does not impact performance
Define and maintain a library of T24 related functional components
Maintain and manage T24 application integration list and services
Maintain and manage T24 application processes customization catalogue/documentation
Attend project kick off meetings and Review HLDD to provide T24 related impact assessment feedback
Update Architecture repository for T24 related artifacts+A56
People/Leadership/Teamwork/Corporate Citizenship related activities (e.g. Collaboration/Team work, Knowledge sharing, Development, Sharing Resources/Helping others)
Good collaboration with Corporate Architecture ,Temenos, Business users and TCD Consultants
Team spirit and communication skills

– Understanding of various T24 Core modules
– Detailed understanding of various T24 integration and migration approach
– Expericence of mapping T24 data for migration and external feeds 10+
IT Interface design & development 4+
IT J2EE, SOAP, WSDL, XSD 4+
IT Experience with design tools and be able to produce architecture diagrams/design documents 4+

Desirable (Additional) Financial Services Experience with one or more Banking domains 10+
IT Experience with one or more Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman Frameworks 4+

Experience in T24 core banking platform based solutioning 5) Expert or Role Model for others

Good knowledge of T24 Internet banking and Analytical products and Wealth management 4) Demonstrated all the time and assists others
Good knowledge of T24 Design Framework and tools (Design studio) 3) Demonstrated most of the time
Good written and oral English language skills 4) Demonstrated all the time and assists others
