JOB DESCRIPTION:

Clearly articulated banks consumer business vision and execution plan
Targetted performance – top line and bottom line for the consumer business
Banks image as a customer of choice in the consumer business
Banks image as an highly professional and ethical business entity among Regulators, Market and Business Partners
Consumer Business meets the bank regulatory, quality, control and risk policy standards
. Talent acquisition, retention and growth within the Consumer business

Financials/Output related activities (Income/Expenses/Profit etc)

Manage and grow consumer banking and delivery channels within Saudi Arabia and others countries where bpresence
Major contributor towards Bank’s vision, objectives and financial targets as assigned by the MD
Assist and develop strategic vision for the Bank and provide necessary support in realization of key objectives and performance indicators
Take a lead role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize the long term financial performance of business.
Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities
Ensure delivery as per plan, across balance sheet, revenue, expense and credit lines and with approved distribution metrics and headcount

Customer/Product/Market related activities (Internal / External) (e.g. Satisfaction, Acquisition, Retention, Cross-sell/Share-of-wallet, Relationship, Service, Product/Solutions)

  • Responsible for consumer brand ownership across the group
  • Interface with agencies, vendors, association and key HNW to build market leader image of bank consumer business
  •  Process/Technical related activities (e.g. Risk, Controls, Compliance, Audit, Productivity, Quality, Discipline, Change Management, Adaptability, Success transfer
  • Ensure that all Consumer Banking activities are conducted as per the approved policies and procedures as well as regulatory guidelines
  • Participate and contribute in the various management committees for larger benefit of the organization beyond the business domain

People/Leadership/Teamwork/Corporate Citizenship related activities (e.g. Collaboration/Team work, Knowledge sharing, Development, Sharing Resources/Helping others)
