Financials/Output related activities (Income/Expenses/Profit etc)
Provides all necessary courses/programs within the approved budget.
Negotiates fees with consultants to get savings possible.
Conducts courses/programs in-house & in regions to reduce cost.
Utilizes in-house instructors and Line Managers to minimize expenses.
Effective Training Center is created and run that meets Banks’s standards.
Proper follow-up and control of Scheduled Training Activities.
Customer/Product/Market related activities (Internal / External) (e.g. Satisfaction, Acquisition, Retention, Cross-sell/Share-of-wallet, Relationship, Service, Product/Solutions)
Determines with Businesses Training Needs
Designs and deliver courses/programs that meet the Business’s needs.
Process/Technical related activities (e.g. Risk, Controls, Compliance, Audit, Productivity, Quality, Discipline, Change Management, Adaptability, Success Transfer)
Reviews delivery mechanism to leverage communication technologies
Prepares and conducts pre-requisite, tests, evaluation of participants in a professional controlled environment.
Ensures courses/programs design & delivery follow bank’s policies and procedures.
Monitors participants performances in courses.
Evaluates Instructor’s material & delivery to ensure quality
Quality training that meet Banks standards delivered.
Staff will have the necessary development/training to deliver superior products/services to customers.
People/Leadership/Teamwork/Corporate Citizenship related activities (e.g. Collaboration/Team work, Knowledge sharing, Development, Sharing Resources/Helping others)
Establishes close working relationship with Businesses.
Provides Leadership to Program Managers and Administration staff.
Ensures that courses/programs comply with Banks Standards and emphasize Banks’s Core Value, Regulatory requirements
Extends Training to Banks’s staff family.
Plans and conduct Corporate Social Responsibility Courses.
Masters Degree / PG Diploma (Major HR)
Job specific knowledge:
Knowledge of Banking Products/Services.
Awareness of the Regulations/Compliance requirements
