4 JOB PURPOSE ( In one sentence why Job exists) To provide effective and relevant MIS as required and agreed with Chief Financial Officer to ensure the timely update of business results, to support the decision making process and to put effective monitoring mechanism in place.
  5     PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES                                 Provide support to Chief Financial Officer to collate the business plan and develop appropriate presentation for the board as advised   Prepare dash board by using industry standard business intelligence applications for effective MIS reporting and decision making   Establish and Centralise the MIS function with Finance Department by using business analytic applications in coordination with IT.   Provide product wise /branch wise MIS on monthly basis to enable the effective decision making in the area of business, and Regulatory requirements.   Identify all manual and semi manual reports and ensure the automation (online generation) of these reports in coordination with IT.   Provide MIS to all the branches and Departments within the Business Divisions to submit their reports reflecting their respective achievements.   Develop and prepare MIS report for BOD and top management as advised by  Chief Financial Officer.   Provide support to all the Department Heads to conduct the periodical reviews to ensure that their achievements are in line with the overall business plan.   Analyse and provide reports on financial and non-financial data such as trend analysis, projections etc. for better utilisation of the resources of the Business Divisions to realise business objectives.   Any other assignment commensurate with the nature of your appointment

  10   QUALIFICATIONS  ( Both  academic & Professional essentially required) Bachelors in the discipline of Maths or Commerce or Statistics. An  MBA  with Finance will be added advantageKnowledge of Data warehousing, reporting applications ( business intelligence applications) is a must.Advance level knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel with Financial formulas with Macros  
11 EXPERIENCE (Number of years , type & at what level etc)   Minimum experience of 6-8 years in the similar role
