Sales Manager Banking Software
Looking for a senior banking software sales manager to be based in Bahrain (a world leading fintech/banking software company.) Reporting directly the Regional Sales Director for Middle East, this Sales Manager will lead a distributed team of Account Managers across multiple locations in the Middle East.
This Sales Manager will be responsible for the existing business; developing and implementing sales strategies for the growing Middle East market. As well as this, they will be required to develop new relationships at C level.
The Sales Manager successfully develops and manages a complex and vast territory. Executes strategic sales campaigns, coordinating internal bid teams and manages, directly or indirectly, each opportunity with precision both through and with the sales team.
Provides accurate and updated forecast information through Salesforce. Skills: • Sales skills: Proven track record over achievement of software license sales targets in the banking and financial services sectors, and substantial relevant experience within the same domain (12 years or more).
At least 5 years` experience of sales team management. Able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels within an organization, and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers. Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to establish interest, trust and credibility both internally and externally. • Technical skills: Expert understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office), thorough understanding of IT processes and implementations from both functional and technical perspectives. •
Educational & Proficiency level: Preferably a university education in relevant business disciplines, preferably with a post-graduate degree. • Languages: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. A second language is preferred. • Other: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, independent, organized, focused, able to multi-task and work under pressure and to tight deadlines. On offer is a significant 6 figure basic salary plus double OTE with additional accelerators if team targets are hit
