Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the front office business lines and back office functions to deliver the Group’s strategy and commercial objectives;
- Formulate and implement short-term and long-term business strategies and create new business plans for the Singapore office in line with Group’s vision, mission and direction;
- Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization;
- Manage and control all aspects of the business lines and to ensure business activities are conducted within legal and regulatory requirements;
- Lead and develop high performing teams across the organization and increase employee’s engagement level;
- Reporting to Head Office on business operations, corporate financial performance, and business critical issues and risks;
- Build trust relations with key partners, clients and stakeholders.
Job Specification:
- University Graduate and other professional qualification; MBA or advanced degree preferred;
- At least 15 years of relevant experience with minimum 8 years in management role from banking or financial industry and demonstrated leadership and management abilities;
- Good knowledge and understanding of the regulatory requirements and landscape in Saudi Arabia.
